Do you receive any incentives to recommend certain products over others?
No. All of our recommendations are based on years of product experience, extensive workplace training and independent research and from from years of customer experience.
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
It is preferred that you arrive with a clean face (with no makeup on). Feel free to bring any cosmetic products you have questions about.
Why pay a deposit?
We require a $50 deposit for private makeover bookings and a $40 deposit for party bookings to prevent last minute cancellations.
What happens to my deposit if I need to cancel or re-reschedule my appointment?
If you simply change your mind, your deposit can not be refunded, however if you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment to a later date, as long as this is done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will not lose your deposit. Exceptions can be made but is at our discretion.
